Everything you see on this store (with the exception of enamel pin badges) is printed or embroidered to order.
We try to get orders out as quickly as we can. Do please allow up to 14 days for your item to arrive, but bear in mind that this can be longer at busy times (such as the approach to Christmas).
Please remember we aren't Amazon! There are only two of us and we are only human. We really do try to get orders made and dispatched quickly, but if you need it yesterday we probably can't help you! Thank you for your understanding.

Our turnaround times on personalised items vary but are usually despatched within 7 Working Days, Bulk orders can take longer and we will keep you updated on your orders progress
