In the 7 years of Helen operating as a Sole Trader, Pixel Shack has come on in leaps and bounds. This year alone has been a complete blur with the amount of work we managed to turn around for The Greatest Gathering.
The time is now right for us to change the structure of the company a little. We are now VAT registered, and will become a Limited Company from 1st December with Helen and Dave as the Directors. Scary, huh!
On the outside at least not a lot will change. Trade customers can now reclaim the VAT of course, and we will be moving to a new pricing model which allows us to offer more bulk discounts. That does mean some changes to our trade price list. If you've requested one in the last few weeks or so, do bear with us for a while and we will send them out in due course.
